Dealing with Common Issues
Here are some common issues that might affect your login and how to deal with them:
- If a box comes up that says: We could not find your information in our system. Please search again or contact us for assistance.
then we don't have your email address (or at least that email address)
on file in the RASC database. Use the Contact Us link at left
to have your record updated and specify your old email address(es) as well as your new one.

If a box comes up that says: More than one user is associated with
the information that you entered. For security reasons your login and
password can not be changed on the web. Please contact us., this usually means you are in our database as both a customer and a member and your records must be merged. Use the Contact Us
link at the top of this page to request this be fixed - specify that
you encountered an error where there were two accounts with the same email and you
could not reset your password. Be sure to provide your email address.
